Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Roost account, by TC Fusion LLC, and all of the data associated with it at any time. Here's how.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open Roost and go to the Profile tab.
Open Settings, then tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately — this can't be undone.

Deletion takes effect right away. There is no recovery period and no way to restore a deleted account.

What gets erased

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your sleep history and nightly summaries
Your rank, Sleep Points, and sub-ranks
Your streak and forgiveness state
Your roost membership and kudos
Your profile, name, and photo

If you created a roost, ownership is transferred to another member so the group isn't lost. If you were its only member, the roost is deleted too. Raw sleep data from Apple Health or Health Connect is never uploaded to our servers and stays on your device — you delete it through your phone's health settings.

Cancel your subscription first

Roost Pro subscribers

Deleting your account does not cancel Roost Pro. Your app store keeps billing you until you cancel the subscription there. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or the App Store on iOS) before deleting your account.

Can't access the app?

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app installed, email us and we'll delete your account and all associated data for you. Please write from the email address tied to your Roost account so we can verify the request. We respond within the timeframes required by law (generally within one month under the GDPR).
